5. Custom Orders and Services

By placing a custom order with Jandivor, you agree to the following terms:

5.1 Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5.2 Deposit and Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence any custom order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery or collection. For transport services, full payment is required before service commencement.

5.3 Design Approval

We will provide design specifications for your approval before beginning production. Once approved, any changes may incur additional charges and affect the delivery timeline.

5.4 Delivery and Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, material availability, and current workload. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee exact completion dates.

5.5 Custom Design Ownership

While you own the physical furniture piece created, Jandivor retains the intellectual property rights to the design. We reserve the right to use photographs of the completed piece in our portfolio, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Warranty and Returns

All custom furniture is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or exposure to extreme conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jandivor and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our website or services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
